A fantastic trip!

I spent July 8th through July 19th on the beautiful island of Sicily off the coast of Southern Italy. It was all-in-all a great trip, filled with beautiful sights, amazingly good food (yes... the South Beach diet was out the window!), and great friends, both new and old. I'll break this into a few posts... starting with my favorite subject - yes, that's right - FOOD! :)
